Irish Country Meats has developed a number of brands which encompass our commitment to consistent product freshness, quality, tenderness and year round availability. Our standard range of lamb and mutton, Irish Country, includes a wide range of primal and boneless cuts, as well as by-products such as skins, offal, lamb fat and other choice meats. 

We also offer a premium lamb range, Slaney Valley, developed specifically for the foodservice sector, as well as a complete range of branded retail pack products tailored to the retail sector.

Irish Country Meats works in close co-operation with the Independent Organic Societies in Ireland to support increased availability of organic lamb.
