Italian Meatballs with "No Cook" Tomato Sauce

Meat balls
450g minced lamb
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablesp scallions, chopped
1 tablesp soy sauce
1 tablesp. chilli sauce
Salt and black pepper

Tomato sauce
5-6 tomatoes, diced 1 tablesp. basil chopped
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablesp olive oil
Salt and black pepper

350g pasta, cooked and kept warm

To cook

Mix the lamb with all the meat ball ingredients and shape into little meatballs. Mix the tomato sauce ingredients together. Cook the meatballs in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato mixture to the hot pasta, toss well. Then add the meatballs plus any juices from the pan.

Serve with some extra chopped basil
