NATURAL IRISH LAMB

Ireland provides a natural environment which allows lambs to be raised outdoors and to be grass feed for most of the year. Its delicate flavour, wholesomeness and versatility has earned Irish lamb a special place in the hearts of consumers throughout Europe.

The Sustainable Beef and Lamb Assurance Scheme (SBLAS) is designed to meet the needs of farmers allowing them to highlight that their lamb is produced to the highest standards.
Membership of SBLAS is designed to work for farmers and has several benefits which include:

- Farm health checks
- Advice on farm safety
- A quality bonus payment
