Irish lamb a hit at Bord Bia BBQ
To celebrate the reopening of the restaurants in France, Bord Bia teamed up with Chef Pierre Teyant from Le Château des Îles, Varenne Saint Hilaire 94 to host a chic barbecue event on the 2nd of July.
Guests were lucky enough to enjoy the sunshine while being treated to quality Irish products including our Irish lamb which Chef Pierre Teyant expertly prepared for this fantastic event. ICM was delighted to see our lamb showcased so beautifully and it was fantastic to see how lamb can be utilised on the BBQ.
