Irish Lamb in Denmark

Bord Bia and Tourism Ireland recently hosted a cooking demonstration in Copenhagen Denmark with TV chef Claus Holm. Claus has always had a fondness of Irish ingredients which he believes evokes special memories of his time travelling around Ireland.

Guests at the event we treated to a fantastic cooking demonstration by Claus who expertly prepared a range of Irish ingredients including our Irish Lamb.

It is always a joy to see Claus Holm at work particularly when he gets his hands on our lamb.
