Operation Transformation 2021 kicked off this week and staff at ICM will once again be looking forward to taking part and challenging themselves. While this year will be different from years past with everyone having to take part in line with government guidelines it remains a great opportunity for all to start living a healthy lifestyle. We are looking forward to seeing the positive steps everyone takes, whether this is exercise, improved diets or both and seeing the positive results for all those that take part.
